With "Standard" shipping, the last day to send items AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS is probably 12/9 -- this is an estimate only, we recommend ordering earlier.
With "Express" shipping, the last day to send items AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS is 12/15 -- guaranteed by the USPS.
BUT...
For your OWN Christmas cards and labels, since you have to allow for mailing time, order at least a week earlier than the above dates.
1. If you have ANY deadline in November/December, PLEASE choose our "Standard" or "Express" shipping methods. The USPS will be delayed as it gets busier, and weather gets tricky.
2. Personalized items cannot be returned if they don't arrive by a deadline; they cannot be resold. Please choose shipping wisely and order EARLY.
3. We are unable to rush holiday orders; wedding and new baby orders are time sensitive too.
4. Holiday orders are placed all year, so if you don't read this and mistakenly order on 12/20 for delivery this Christmas, we will not know to question it!

PROCESSING SCHEDULE
Personalized orders usually take 5 business days to process, unless an exception is noted on the site. We encourage you to order early during the holiday season, as we are sometimes delayed at that time. Please keep in mind that our processing time is provided for your information, it's not a guarantee.
It's always best to order as early as possible, but if you need us to rush processing, please email us to ask. There is no extra charge, we just do it if we can! Without exception, however, we are unable to rush processing October - December, for ANY reason.
If you're ordering for an occasion with a specific deadline, please consider selecting Standard or Express shipping methods, especially if you didn't give yourself much time. Expedited shipping methods do not change our processing time, but we try to hurry if we can.

DID MY ORDER SHIP, AND WHEN?
It's easy as pie to calculate your ship date by adding 5 business days (no weekends or holidays) to your order date, but it's even easier to wait for our email notification! If you haven't received it, the processing time hasn't come yet, or, it may be stuck in a spam folder.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE, CAN YOU TRACK IT?
· Economy shipping service is by US 1st class mail and takes APPROXIMATELY 7-10 days, plus order processing time. Please keep in mind that delivery times vary, and there is no tracking or delivery confirmation.
· Standard shipping service is by US Priority Mail and takes APPROXIMATELY 3-5 days, plus order processing time. Delivery times vary; the USPS does not provide an exact delivery date, but, this method is consistently faster than the first. Delivery confirmation is usually available, but in-transit tracking is not.
· Express shipping service is by US Express mail. The USPS guarantees* this method will take 1-2 days, with weather and a few other exceptions. We know you are in a hurry and try to rush our processing time whenever possible. Both in-transit tracking and delivery confirmation is available.
*Guarantee is made by the US Postal Service (USPS), not Mabel Bean & Company. Please let us know if USPS is late with your Express package, we will file a shipping refund for you.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, damage or loss by the USPS - their decisions are final.
